APT Notes makes its original structured research reusable while preserving the rights and attribution attached to underlying sources.

HECAVEX original data

HECAVEX-authored summaries, classifications and original structured fields in the public APT Notes JSON exports are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), unless a record states otherwise.

When reusing that material, credit “HECAVEX APT Notes”, link to apt.hecavex.com, identify material changes, and retain the record's review date, confidence and source references.

Third-party material

The CC BY 4.0 grant does not relicense source publications, quoted material, vendor or government assessments, MITRE ATT&CK content, logos, trademarks, or material reached through external links. Those items remain subject to their owners' terms. A source citation records provenance; it is not a redistribution grant.

Software and brand

This data licence does not grant rights to HECAVEX names, marks, visual identity or website software. Any software reuse is governed only by the licence distributed with the relevant source repository.

No endorsement or warranty

Attribution does not imply HECAVEX endorses a derivative work. The data is provided as best-effort public research without warranties, continuous monitoring or an operational-response SLA. Read the methodology and limitations before using it.
